this sounds really strange but i feel weird not exercising. don't dare to do my ranger hops tho, my knees still hurt very badly don't wanna get stress fracture or perma damage.

p.s anyone who managed to improve their standing broad jump by leaps and bounds by doing some sort of exercise? pls contact meee need some advice here. people keep telling me "its about technique" i'm like ... sigh srsly i trying to do proper technique liao leh like no diff can. edit: i researched online and found some exercises to do! hope it helps..
